Following a successful year of CareMalta’s service excellence programme, ICare has now been launched at HILA. The programme, which was originally developed with the company’s training partners, Think Talent, aims to take the quality of service to the next level.
A special event to mark the occassion was held at The Vivaldi Hotel, St. Julians. ICare manager, Mr. Paul Pace, hosted the event, which was held twice in one day to reach the 100 employees of HILA. In the hour-long event, the employees were introduced to the three pillars of ICare: Professional, Engagement and Compassion through speeches from HILA’s Executive Director, Mrs. Janet Silvio and CareMalta’s CEO, Mrs. Natalie Briffa Farrugia.
The delivery of ICare, which will be done through twelve service values, will kick off this June. All employees look forward to start this important journey!
