HILA’s new home in Mosta, Santa Rosa, will offer residential and respite services for children and adolescents with disabilities. The home was inaugurated by Julia Farrugia Portelli, Minister for Inclusion, Volunteering, and Consumer Rights, who explained how this project is the first of its kind, with 27 bedrooms spread over 4 floors, therapy rooms with sensory devices, and a recreational garden.
